Thales Alenia Space is participating in the 9th Turkmentel international telecom and IT industry exhibition, held from September 16 to 18, 2015 in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. This exhibition welcomes major players in the telecommunications, broadcasting and information technology (IT) industries.
For Thales Alenia Space, this exhibition provides an excellent opportunity to meet delegations from Turkmenistan and other central Asian countries who will all be attending Turkmentel.
With the successful commissioning last June of the TürkmenÄlem 52 E satellite, built by Thales Alenia Space for the Turkmenistan Ministry of Telecommunications, the 2015 Turkmentel exhibition will focus on how space-based systems can contribute to the social and economic development of countries in central Asia.
Thales Alenia Space will be showcasing its space telecom expertise at the exhibition, especially for end-to-end solutions based on flexible payloads, satellite IP network equipment and operating systems. Thales Alenia Space will also be demonstrating its state-of-the-art solutions for Earth observation.
