Thales Alenia Space is at the IDEX International Defense Exhibition and Conference, from February 22 to 26, 2015 in Abu Dhabi, along with all main defense players in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. IDEX is organized under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces.

    The Thales stand:

Thales Alenia Space's corner showcases its latest high-resolution radar and optical observation technologies. In fact, the company has just rolled out a new product in the optical range, Earth-Observer Optical. The French-Italian joint venture also spotlighted its technology on Cosmo-SkyMed, a constellation of four satellites featuring synthetic aperture radar (SAR) payloads, built by Thales Alenia Space for the Italian space agency and defense ministry.

Thales Alenia Space also shows delegations from the MENA region its expertise in end-to-end telecom satellite systems for both military and dual (civil/military) applications, including all associated services. This important trade show is above all an excellent opportunity for Thales Alenia Space to meet delegations from countries in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as surrounding regions, who have all scheduled meetings at IDEX.
